Yahoo Foreclosure

Foreclosure REO’S and PPR’s what is the difference and meaning of the 2?

Does anyone know the meaning of PPR when it comes to foreclosure or real estate. I know that REO is real estate owned. But ppr is nothing I can find on google or yahoo and need an answer for a quiz. Please help? thanks much!

I believe it has something to do with Property Preservation.

REO does mean Real Estate Owned and to the avg person they may go “whaaa?” But that means it is owned by a bank after a foreclosure.

You will see this in a sale where on the contract is says CORPORATE OWNED. or BANK OWNED.

The REO market is growing, even with the temporary foreclosure hold-offs. Obama is not going to save everyone like they thought.
He’s only stemming the tide.

I hope that helps…..
