House foreclosure!???!?
hello my unlces house is being foreclosure for the 2nd time first time was because there was no work then finally he gets a job working at a warehouse with my dad,then he gets home today and finds out he has to move out before the 14 of october is there any thing he can do? we live WA if that helps any..
i think it is the bank say that?? well he told me that some lady came to the house saying he has untill the 14th to move out or esle she can bring the authourity to move him out and he wont be able to take anything else with him.
he called hes real estate agent and she told him that there was nothing he could do. even if he sent a house payment and hes 3months behind
It sounds like some of the facts are screwed up.
3 montsh does not lead to eviction and the bank would not handle it this way, they would just serve the court papers.
Your uncle needs to call the bank and tell them he needs a forbearance.
