Taylor Foreclosures
Anyone have a home loan with Taylor Bean and Whitaker?
My home loan is currently in underwriting and I have been told with the above lender. However I blogged them and read some pretty bad things about them in regards to how they handle loans , most of the blogs were for people in foreclosure… but still bad stories. Anyone have any comments on this lender?? .. Good or Bad please.

I used to broker to Taylor Bean a lot and they are a good bank… because the offer the best rates… so hopefully you are getting a good deal… thier processing dept is very slow and sometimes hard to work with but they get the job done…. its kind of like “you get what you pay for” type of deal because you want the cheapest rate but its not going to be that easy…. you should be fine, good luck!!
