Superman, Batman and Montelongo
The recent developments in the real estate market seem to heed the call of special forces to help out the situation. Realizing that wealth building cant be done with no direction at all, what superhero will be called in to save the world, save the day and save human civilization. Well, lets look at our candidates.
First there is Superman. Now Superman has a cape, fly’s as fast as a bullet and can spin the earth to reverse time. Hey, this is a possible fit for the job. We can get Superman to spin the earth in reverse so all those housing foreclosures will go away. He’s faster than a speeding bullet. Maybe he can stop the foreclosures before they foreclose. Oh, wait, I think we forgot about Superman’s ability to have x-ray eyes. Maybe he can use them to read all that small print on those loans that were approved several years back giving people housing loans that would have big inflated payments eventually and the owners would be unable to pay.
How about Batman? Hey, he uses a cape too. And he has a cool car. But I’m not really sure what he can do to fight foreclosures. I don’t know. For some reason I just imagine Batman is some old guy sitting a dark cave playing video games in his twilight years. He probably wont be a good wealth builder helper.
Ok, last but not least, what about Armando Montelongo? Hey, now maybe we have something here. Here is a superhero that doesn’t wear a cape, doesn’t leap big buildings and doesn’t have x-ray vision. hmmm, so I wonder what good is he for us all as a real estate superhero?
I know! Its called good common sense. Montelongo reminds us that we can be our own superhero’s by taking control of our own financial futures. Don’t let foreclosures scare you out of your dreams. Flip a house and make some profit while its a buyers market. Sorry, no superhero discounts, but we take in used capes as trade.
