I want to find the best free foreclosure website for Colorado.?
I’ve google searched and looked through many of the sites and reached out to the Summit County gov and they sent me a site… the problem is there are all these status codes associated with the foreclosures that I don’t understand. I just want to find a user friendly foreclosure website that is free and tells me what is available to purchase.
All the foreclosure sites will only give you the status of the foreclosure. Once foreclosure has been completed they don’t have any sales information. Banks don’t sell their foreclosures, called REO’s (real estate owned), direct they list them with Realtors. Contact a local Realtor and one that represents buyers and one that’s familiar with the foreclosure purchase process.
