What is the best legal method to catch a landlord who sexually harasses tenants?
The tenants are poor. Requests sexual favors in lieu of deposit. The sicko is married. He targets women with low self esteem,druggies and anyone he thinks he can. We want to present something to the police that will hold up in court.
The second landlord is also married and owns a lot more property, preys on women the same way. He has a lot of buildings which are run down and ready for foreclosure and also doesn’t keep the apartments up to state standards but tenants are poor also. Population of area is about 30,000.
Hide a webcam or something, anything that gets a recording of him. Audio or video….
