What is the best way too look for a home?
Ok so we’re looking at something like a home for $100,000 or less or maybe a little over in the Portand Oregon area or Salem area. And we’re having trouble finding homes. So what would be the best way to find a home for this budget? Or how do you go about looking at foreclosure listings? Would I go to the bank to look at foreclosure listings or what? I would really appreciate some help!! Oh and this is my first home. THANKS SO MUCH EVERYONE!!!
I’m not sure you’ll ever be able to find anything in that area for that price, even foreclosed homes. It would be difficult to find something here (other than a very run-down house trailer) in that price range, and the cost of housing here is much cheaper than in your area.
I would probably start looking at condos instead of single-family homes.
