Pnc Foreclosure
Filled out loan modification papers 2 weeks ago, received papers from lawyers about foreclsur. Help?
My mortgage is through PNC. I fell behind in December 2009 after losing my sister and mother to cancer last in 2009. when I went to catch up my payments I was told I was in foreclosure and this was in February. I have filled out loan modification papers twice and still haven’t heard anything. I received papers form a law firm on Monday April 26th and i don’t understand them at all. What should do?
The foreclosure should be happening next month. What I do not understand if why you are still in foreclosure if you caught up in Feb. If I am misunderstanding and you did not catch up, you need to pay them to stop the foreclosure. If you paid and they are still foreclosing you need an attorney.
