Which gender is responsible for allowing our once beautiful suburbs to degrade into middle class ghettos?
It didn’t take long either did it–just a few decades. And I’m not talking about people suffering foreclosures or not being able to afford to paint and maintain–I’m talking about the quality of individual or animal, in many cases, living in our suburbs these days. Which gender is responsible for lifestyle standards?
(I once worked door-to-door and determined that generally any modern suburb has a self-life of 20 years–10 years from ground-breaking to the pinnacle and 10 years down to hell, so don’t think you’ll be living there forever when you sign for that mortgage)
