i wanna get into the business of buying and selling.?
foreclosures, homes, duplexes anything. fixing them up, then selling them again. I have enough money to start out w/ a down payment and live outside of Philly. How do I go about doing this??? Please help!
your going t need full payment and then redo your home, but there might be a five year waiting to see if the home owners will pay off the home or not and there might be a lean on the home too.
you better do more studying and see what all it take to do something like this.
