Where can I find a oceanside house for $150k?
Since all we hear on the news are foreclosure, people losing their homes, housing prices dropping to unheard lows. I wanted to know if this is real. So if anyone knows of a oceanside house for $150k I have the money to buy now. No i don’t want a condo as I hear condo fees are rising due to people leaving the complex. Single family house only, at least 2 bedroom 1 bathroom, I’ll even be nice and say it doesn’t have to be right there on the coast, I just want to see the ocean from my bedroom. doesn’t matter east or west coast. Of course it would be nice to post a link to the listing.
