Do i have to pay rent if the property is in foreclosure,,, it has been about 4 or 5 months?
The building i rent an apartment in is in foreclosure and has been for about 4 to 5 months do i still have to pay rent or should i?
You still have to pay rent. The foreclosure has nothing t do with you. It is between the owner and the courts.
Failing to pay rent makes you a prime target for the bankruptcy trustees.
