scared of being scammed on buying a foreclosure home?
I found a rent to own home that sounds so good in the monterey area. my concern is that I an not knowlegable on buying homes. we called and ask how to go about rent to own this home and the person said I would have to pay 199.00 for registration and if everything would go good I would just pay 850.00 a month. with no down payment. This would be a dream. would like to go for it but I would hate to pay cuz this is my rent money i am gambling with my only money i have
This sounds like a scam. Be careful.
