just got a notice from landlords bank that they are seeking foreclosure?
I am renting with no lease, landlord has first and 1 mth security. been here a year. what should i do, just paid october’s rent. papers say he has 20 days to respond. I am in Monroe County Florida
He is late with the mortgage, the odds are he will pay it.
Call him up and ask him what he plans to do. We have no idea, no crystal balls here.
