the reclaim company that took my 3 weeks time share have gone into foreclosure do I still own the time share a?
I was to understand I would receive money back in 51weeks time on presentation of the certificate RECLAIM CERTIFICATE. I have been pestered with other companies this last two weeks , one of these calls ended up with a further visit to Manchester which was about investing in holiday hotel in Thailand. heedless to say I left quite promptly. After paying the company promising to pay back in 51 weeks , and a further outlay of £6800 to join a holiday club , I was a bit more careful . I have been very vunerable and stupid and the problem with trying to sell my Timeshare has been very stressful and costly.
Has anyone any ideas on how I can resolve this massive headache .
I would contact your the governmental office that deals with consumer protection. Find out if they have any cases against the company that you paid.
