Why are they still building housing developments when the market is so bad?
Fuel prices are through the roof. Food prices are skyrocketing. Foreclosures happen every minute and these idiotic developers are still building mammoth 2500 sq. ft houses. When is going to end? Since when did families of this era need extra huge homes when families of the 70′s & 80′s survived in ranches and raised ranches?
because people want NOW what took their parents 30+ years to work for.
now they are paying out the you-know-what because of it
