Mailing Foreclosure
L have been getting mail from attorneys about the home im renting being in foreclosure?
eThen i recieved a notic from the county recorders office stating my landlord owes over $13,000. This same thing happened a year ago and she got a loan modification. Sh says she is getting another one and she still wants this months rent. Legally can i withhold it until i know for sure if it is not going to be foeclosed??? Please help, and any resources would be helpful.

No, you cannot withhold your rent. Even if there is a foreclosure about to take place, at this time, your landlord is still the legal owner of the home and she could evict you for non-payment if you don’t pay.
