Judicial Foreclosure
i have a question on Foreclosure on homes?
In some states, a lender can foreclose on your home without going to court. These are called non-judicial foreclosure states. Can i still use the “Produce the Note” strategy in these states, but it takes a few more steps on your part.
Check it out on youtube maybe you can save your house from Foreclosure it was on the new and easy to do

“Produce the note” does not stop the foreclosure, it will only stall it for a period of time which might be enough for you to get caught up on your payments. However, If the bank you are making your payments to is the originator of the loan then they will have the original note in their files and you will have paid filing fees for nothing. “Produce the note” only works if your loan has been sold or transferred several times and is no longer with the originator of the loan.
