Hr Foreclosures
Has anyone ever used HRNational.com to buy a home?
I’m looking for a new home, and I came across some listings on Craigslist for a company called HR National. Basically, they claim to have listings to thousands of local foreclosure and pre-foreclosure homes which you’re able to assume the mortgage on without credit checks or large down payments. I talked to one of their representatives, and she was very courteous and seemed very knowledgeable, but I’m still somewhat skeptical. I’ve looked through Yahoo! Answers to see if anyone else has asked about the company, and it seems like there are a few users who do nothing but give positive responses about HR National, but will answer no other type of question. (That looks bad.) The service costs a few hundred dollars to start, and I want to be sure that it’s worth it before I give up my credit card number.
If any REAL person has used HR National, I’d appreciate learning how it worked out for you.
Thanks!

Foreclosure is the problem. Mediation is the solution.
