How to find equity partner for million dollar multi-family properties?
I am wondering how would I find a money equity partner to invest with me in multifamily apartment complexes in the growing Houston, Tx market. I have a couple of foreclosure deals im looking at and would like an experienced money investor to partner with. Any input is appreciated. Thanks
