I have a VA Pre approved loan, my realtor advised me not to place a bid on foreclosures or short sales. also should I have a copy of the pre-approved form or does she keep it. I have been looking at home on my own . as I do not like what she has shown me. thank you
Go talk to another agent. She works for you and you may fire her and get another. She should be answering your questions.
