Can a creditor call unlimited times?
I’m in foreclosure losing my house and the lender Bank of America calls on my cell phone every hour throughout the day, every day. I am sooo fed up. Are they allowed to call this many times in California?
NO . Check the local laws . I think Ca. is twice a week and only during certain hours . anything more is harassment . Answer the call and find out where you can fax a letter instructing them to stop . Tell them you need a fax number to forward some info. Beyond that it is at their legal peril . If you just click on the phone to accept the call it will show up on your phone bill records . Proof you will need .
