Where can I find free foreclosure listings?
I mean FREE. Not free for a week trial. I mean absolutely free you never pay for it.
There isn’t a website that just lists foreclosures for free, but you can go to a bunch of websites to find a lot of them (not ALL of them).
A realtor can send you all of the listings in the areas that you are interested.
HUD homes (FHA foreclosures) are listed at http://www.hudhomestore.com
Fannie Mae foreclosures are listed at http://www.homepath.com/
Freddie Mac foreclosures are listed at http://www.homesteps.com/
VA foreclosures are listed at https://va.equator.com/
You can also google all the major banks and servicers for the websites for their foreclosures …. “bank of america reo” “wells fargo reo” “chase reo” “citibank reo” “indymac reo” “american home mortgage reo”
This will get you a lot of them, but not all of them.
