Foreclosure Subdivisions

Would you have a second child even if you couldn’t afford them?
I went to college, earned a degree, am married and have an average house. With medical insurance, daycare costs, we hardly have anything left over for us with our one son.
I always wanted a second child but feel as though I would be either forcing foreclosure or committing myself to working 65 hours a week until I have a heart attack at the age of 45 due to burnout.
I feel extremely guilty, like I am putting a price tag on a child. Would you move into a trailer to have a second child if you had to? Or would you live in your average American subdivision and be happy with one child?
If you know that it will be too much for you to handle, then it would be best to wait.
But if you can be happy while living in a trailer and still provide for your family, then don’t let society frowning on you for not living in a $100K home with all the trim hold you back.
Do what makes you happy and make sure you are able to handle all the challenges that may come along. I wish you the best!
