Foreclosure Stuff
Does anyone know how to buy a foreclosure in Northern Virginia?
If anyone know how to get rid of a multiunit condo really fast, I’m all ears. I’m trying to help a seller with a problem property which is overleveraged. I write about this stuff on my site http://drdansdeals.com – but commercial deals are a little out of my league. If anyone has suggestions, please let me know.
I can’t help you there but do suggest that the investor is better off selling the property below market with a Commercial Realtor and bringing money to the table than going into foreclosure. Banks are particularly vengeful on such investors by seeking their other assets after the property is liquidated at the county courthouse steps and it doesn’t cover their debt.
