And on Top of all this “We the people” are supposed to understand that passing a bill into law that won’t have an immediate impact (or for that matter any positive impact all the way into the next generation) on ANY of these issues before us, is our SALVATION?

Wake up.

The stimulus is not working very well. Hearing that it’s Bush’s fault and that these things are “lag indicators” isn’t doing anything for me either. I seem to remember that if we got that money “on the street right away” unemployment wouldn’t go over 8%. Not that I believed it…
