Foreclosure Quads
There are a lot of different foreclosure web sites. You have to register with most, which sites are the best?
I am looking to purchase a foreclosed single family home in the Quad City area. Preferably in Bettendorf, IA. A safe neighborhood is my main concern, whether that is in Bettendorf or Moline or Rock Island doesn’t really matter. Thanks a lot. Also, would it be better to call some agency or bank from that area instead of trying find a home through a website? Thanks a lot!!!

For an FHA foreclosure, (HUD home) they are generally listed in local papers or you can find a list online. The only site I have had any experience with that charges a fee is realtytrac. Do a search to find their website. It is a legitimate service and will include a large number of foreclosures in your area.
