Purchased a property at foreclosure auction, what will happen now?
Hi All,
I have recently purchased a foreclosure property at an auction.
The property is owner occupied, but it’s multi unit,
I have few questions,
Once I have the foreclosure deed, can I just take the possession of empty units?
2nd, what will I have to do to evict the owner, if they don’t leave on their own?
Properties are in New Hampshire (NH)
I have done some search on the internet but nothing coming up good.
Please tell me if you had purchased a foreclosure property with occupants in it, what did you had to do?

take over the empty units (your good to go there) Serve 30 day eviction notices (per your states requirements – check with your local county office for forms) to anyone still living in the building that you want out. Good Luck
