How can we restart life again in middle age ?
i am 39 .. almost middle aged .. due to some mistakes i have not done very well in life .. but i am a never say die person .. i believe that things can always take a turn for the better ..
in a recession stricken world across USA , Europe and Asia i guess many are asking my question ? after they have lost home [ foreclosure ] , had broken marriages and even heart attacks brought about by stress and strain caused by the economy ..
it feels so hopeless sometimes [ the thought of starting from scratch all over again ] .. but on the whole i like to be not depressed .. [ was depressed for a decade in my 20s and it gets one no where ] ..
what can one do to restart life .. some pointers please ..
