tax liens on houses for sale in CA?
I’m wondering what the deal is with homes for sale that have tax liens on them. When you pay the tax debt do you then own the home?
Here is an example of what I am looking at :

I think that means you’ll have to pay the back taxes when you buy it, for whatever price that may be.
