I want to tell everyone why we are threatened with assessment’s and increased condo fees?
Is there ever a time when it is appropriate for the board of directors of a homeowners association to inform the membership of a serious delinquency in the payment of monthly assessments?
I live in florida,
I’m pres of 12 condo assn, people refuse to pay condo fees, am i legally obligated to shut my mouth and not tell other members . one unit is in foreclosure ,2 have liens, 4 others in collections, im tired of the burden of dead beats and know i have to work in the system but right now i want to scream and tell other good paying members .
Relax…you will get back the money to replinish the funds when you foreclose on the houses and they are sold.
