gave a trespasser 60 day notice, is the owner responsible for maintenance of the property ?
there is no contract with the trespasser. the house was required back from foreclosure.
This is unclear. Who is trespassing, the previous owner? Or some random squatter?
In general, whoever owns the home is responsible for maintenance. If a trespasser is living in the home, they are illegally there, and could be sued for any damage, but good luck collecting.
