I want to buy a foreclosure house but I don’t know which agency has it. How do I find out?
My grandparent’s house was foreclosed on a couple years ago. The mortgage company (Popular Mortgage) was then bought out and their number was disconnected. I am interested in buying the house. The last company that had it after Popular Mortgage was a tax lean agency called BAC Tax, located in California. I tried calling their contact number and a woman answered and said that she used to own the agency but she had recently sold it and she didn’t know who she sold it to. I really need to find out some information about this house. My husband and I are currently living in a room in his parents’ garage and we desperately need a house. We’ve looked at others but this is the one we want. If anyone has any information it would be very helpful. We’re currently saving up money to go talk to a lawyer about it but I thought I’d give this a try first. The house/property is located in Williamsburg, KY. Thanks and God Bless!
Any RE can tell you who has the listing, it is in the MLS. It does not matter though, you can offer to buy it from any agent of your choice.
