Foreclosure Katy
Relocating to Northeast Houston, TX, Beltway 8 and Garrett Rd Sheldon Ridge suddivision. Is it a great area?
I am looking for minimum to no flood zone, good school zone and pleasant neighborhood with a low crime rate. A home less than $150,000 (new, foreclosure or short sale). Sheldon Ridge off Beltway 8 & Garrett/ Arbor Trails in Humble off I59.
Should I look in Katy or Pearland TX. Looking for the best choice to search and relocate to. Any assistance is greatly appreciated? OR any other suggestions, Or any reason for me not to search in those areas.
Chose Pearland if you are going to be woking on the east side of town. Katy is great if you are going to be working on the west side. While Beltway 8 at Garrett Rd. might have pockets of nice neighborhoods, it’s kind of a dicey area to live in.
