Foreclosure Escrows
My aunt is losing her house to foreclosure and the judge gave her until Dec 15. She is buying another?
property but escrow is going to close untill Jan.5 2009. We can’t close sooner because its a FHA loan. Where can she go to stay for the time period that she needs to close? She does not want to stay with relatives or friends.
She should try appealing the judge’s decision. Just the pending appeal may be able to get another few weeks.
