Foreclosure Colorado

Chapter 7 Bankruptcy laws?
I filed chapter 7 in 10/16/2005 and included my mobile. The debt was discharged in January 2006 and I did not reaffirm the mobile home debt. I have scheduled automatic payments with lender but still not current. Today, they contacted me about delinquent property taxes from 2007 that were sold at a tax lien. They want to pay the tax and bill me over 10 months for the taxes paid. I am concerned they are paying the property taxes to be able to apply for a permit from the county to move the mobile home. Can they do this without petitioning the courts where I filed bankruptcy? Am I protected under the Homestead act in Colorado and they must begin “foreclosure” proceedings?
