Business foreclosure experience?
I want to speak with someone who has experienced business loan default. I want to get idea how to foreclose a business. Please reply. Your help would be appreciated and may help my business foreclosure experience little pain less. Thank you.
But I still have some assets in my business. I don’t think I will qualify for bankrupcy yet. What if I do foreclosure and hand in the keys to the bank? Please reply.

Have a talk with a bankruptcy attorney right away. Best is one referred by a friend and especially if you know someone who filed and was in similar situation as you.
Two years ago I was in your situation contemplating business forclosure–I was LUCKY enough to find a buyer (it happened to be one of my vendors) but I made the mistake of sinking too, too much of my personal assets (including retirement) to try to save it. I’m still struggling now but way out of debt. Had I not been fortunate to find this buyer I would’ve considered BK.
