Anyone know where to look for rent to own properties or foreclosure sales?
I am in the process of looking for a new home. Does anyone know any websites or information in Fayetteville NC that would get me in contact with rent to own properties or foreclosure properties for sale?
Rent to own properties are usually very hard to find, but as a real estate professional, I can tell you that 99% of the time the rent to own contract is scam. The foreclosure market is wide open with plenty of opportunity, but if you are a first time buyer you definitely need to find a local Realtor to work with. As they buyer you don’t have to pay the Realtor a dime out of pocket when you buy a listed property. The seller pays the commission, but your realtor solely looks out for your best interest. The local realtor will also be able to email you all the listed foreclosure properties available to you that meets your search criteria. The important thing is to find one that you can relate to to provide you with what you need.
