How do you gain access to a house in foreclosure?
The company I work for has rental equipment in several homes that have been foreclosed on and we’ve been trying to gain access to the homes for months. Is there any way I can find out who has access to the home so we can get our equipment out? I’ve looked up all the addresses and it shows them as no longer on the market.
I recommend that you interview at least 3 or 4 Attorneys who have a great deal of successful experience with Real estate Law.
Ask each Attorney for his or her recommendations.
