Can Cleo Katz Make Money for You?

No! Is the definate awnser, but she will certainly put you on the right path!! Some reviews are difficult to write. As I am writing this, her book, “Secrets to Foreclosure Fortunes”, is on the desk with me. This is an easy review for me because I have learned much from actually reading her book, and because I have pretty extensive Real Estate experience of my own. Certainly not at her level, but my experiences allowed me to get more from her book. It is a really good read, with alot of great advice and techniques. If you are serious about foreclosures this needs to become your hand field manual. It will definately help make you some money. I am surprised that she shares much of her experience for realitively free. The book was published in 2008(copyright), so it is current on its content. The cost is $29.95.

Personal Story Shared By Cleo Katz

Cleo Katz Begins by sharing her personal story and her first purchases in great detail. She found herself a divorced mother of two, working a fulltime job trying to make ends meat. Sounds familiar does’nt it? She shares the story of one of her first purchases as she was able to step between the troubled, delinquent owner, and the bank. She was able to keep the bank from foreclosing, and was able to purchase the house from this couple saving their credit and self esteem. She also went to the charitable trouble of helping this couple get established in an apartment they could afford. That does’nt sound like most of the Real Estate Moguls I know.! I believe her story! Much of the content of the book presents a win-win strategy. You step in make the purchase from a troubled and desperate homeowner. Saving them from disaster, and then make a nice profit on the sale of the property.

Don’t You need Cash to Get Involved In Real Estate?

Cleo Katz spends alot of time in her book and seminars explaining in detail, ways for common people to get started in Real Estate with little or no money. The foundation of her system is as she puts it:

  1. No Money
  2. No Credit
  3. No License
  4. No Problem

The principles she works with are a win -win. She claims she has distressed people knocking on her door so that she can help them. By following her techniques I believe you could also.

Final Analysis

Real Estate is a huge market with alot of competitive buyers and alot of market experts. I believe that in Cleo Katz you have someone with not only her best interest in mind, but yours as well. I think her techniques are solid, and worthy of your investment and time. The information she teaches will certainly help you. She also provides information on smaller deals which is great for those just starting out. We are involved in Real Estate, but are making a consistant income using a system I would like to share with you. If you are serious and committed then I might like to work with you as a team member. I have been in business most of my adult life. I have never really worked for another. I have enjoyed all of the positives of owning your own business. Success and certainly failures have been mine.
