Cities Foreclosure

what are the financial implications of having the house next door to mine in foreclosure?
This is the downtown area of a major northeast coast city. To my knowledge its one of only three homes in forclosure in this area. So its not like a sarasota FL. market. Our town only lost about 20% in value.
There are no legal implications relative to immediate neighbors concerning such a foreclosure. However, the sale price of this property MIGHT have an effect on YOUR property. If you wish to re-finance or sell, you are certainly entitled to point out that your immediate neighbor’s property was a ‘distressed sale’.

Gone with the Wind (70th Anniversary Edition) [Blu-ray] $9.78 David O. Selznick wanted Gone with the Wind to be somehow more than a movie, a film that would broaden the very idea of what a film could be and do and look like. In many respects he got what he worked so hard to achieve in this 1939 epic (and all-time box-office champ in terms of tickets sold), and in some respects he fell far short of the goal. While the first half of this Civil War drama is tau… |

Adapted by Nunnally Johnson from John Steinbeck’s classic novel, the film tells a simple story about Oklahoma farmers leaving the de… |
