Chandler Foreclosure
Will Arizona become just as expensive to live in as California or NY?
Right now Arizona is the fastest growing state in the Union.
Phoenix is the 5th largest city and growing the fastest out of the current top 10 US cities and Chandler and Gilbert are among the top 10 fasting growing cities overall in the USA.
Both Tucson and Phoenix metro areas are still growing alot even with the foreclosure crisis.
Maricopa County is the fastest growing county with over 400 new residents a day and over 130,000 a year in a county with 4.1 million people. Maricopa is the 3rd largest county behind Cook County Illinois( Chicago) and LA County.
Also considering that a wave of democrats are moving into AZ from such places as California, NY, and Illinois could we see a rise in taxes around the state too?
I don’t think it will.
