Broward Foreclosure
I’m looking for realtor that deals with foreclosure properties in Broward and Palm beach countys in Florida.
Anybody knows anyone?
There is a broker in that area that has a contract with a few lenders to list all the foreclosed REOs in that area, you have to find them.
Look in the newspaper see if there is a listing for the sale of a foreclosure. Then you should call that company and see if they have a contract to list foreclosures for banks.
They might not tell you the banks but they might tell you yes, after which you might ask them to fax you a list of the foreclosures they have on hand.
If you are planning to get in the foreclosure market you will find a few deals here, but what you are mostly gonna find is a real estate agent arguing with you about not taking an offer to their client because in their opinion it is too low.
If you are attempting to get in the business of buying foreclosure for a profit then the front end or pre-foreclosure is the way to go. Of course there are lots of guys that do it this way so obviously there is money in this area, it is that I go it on the other end.
Now if you are just purchasing a home for your family this is an excellent way to get one. If the property is damaged in any way you might get a break from the lender.
