Any hints for selling homes in SE Michigan. Ours has been on the market for six months, is well priced. ?
We have reduced price to be one of the lowest priced homes (above foreclosures) in Bloomfield Twp. We need more traffic thru the house.
When my clients ask me this question, I run comparable SALES since their contract started. I sit down with the clients and we review all homes that successfully sold during that time period.
Usually something will jump out, like their home has vinyl siding and a crawl space and those selling had a finished basement and brick exterior.
Once it is determined what actually sells, it’s usually easier to determine what they need to do, in order to compete with those selling. Most choose to decrease their price, rather than install brick exterior or dig a basement.
