Why is a sitting president (Obama) writing childrens books while in office?

Where in the heck is he finding the time to do this? I would think millions of americans out of work, foreclosures up the ying-yang, China dominating the financial world, Terrorism threats, Huge election losses……….
Seems to me if I was president I’d spend my time working to help solve some of these problems instead of using my popularity as president to pad my bank account.
Did you read the article that you pointed to? It says “Mr. Obama wrote the book before he took office in January 2009.”
Sheesh.
