Does anyone have any experience with Orange Feature Realty?
Orange Feature Realty claims to be an owner of forclosures. If you pay 199 enrollment fee, you get the address of a home that’s facing forclosure, along with the owners name and telephone number. The 199 fee moves you in. You are supposedly taking over the morgatge for the residents facing foreclosure. The morgatge is 30-40% off of what the original owners paid. I am wondering if they are legit or a scam. I’ve done searches online and have found nothing. I also tried BBB, but found nothing. I really need info!
