Bar Foreclosure

Please advise, Regarding Commercial Property?
11/01/06 I entered into a purchase agreement with the seller for a commercial property (Bar) in Cleveland, Ohio. I am currently operating under a Management Agreement until the liquor license transfers. 2 weeks ago the seller died and yesterday we were served with a summons stating the property was in foreclosure she hadn’t paid the mortage since December. I have been paying the seller $5000 a month. The summons said we had to vacate the premises in 28 days. I have too much invested in this. Can someone advise as to what options I may have to keep the property.
